BEYOND THE STYLE

Formats shaped around the programme.

Style is only one part of the show. We can discuss how a performance enters, occupies and exits the event space.

01

Opening moments

A crafted entrance or introductory movement sequence to establish the atmosphere of an event.

02

Featured interludes

A stand-alone performance between speeches, courses or programme segments, with timing agreed in advance.

03

Finale sequences

A closing stage moment developed around the venue, music direction and cast configuration.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before the curtain rises.

Can a performance be adapted to a venue?

Venue dimensions, floor surface, entry routes and technical provisions are reviewed when discussing an appropriate format. The resulting scope depends on the venue and event arrangements.

How far ahead should we enquire?

Enquiries are welcome once an approximate date and location are known. Lead time depends on the performance concept, cast availability, rehearsal needs and production schedule.

Are technical and costume requirements included?

Costumes, sound, lighting, rehearsal spaces and other requirements are set out in the written proposal or agreement for the specific engagement. Please share any venue production information available.

How is a quotation prepared?

Pricing is discussed after reviewing the event location, date, duration, number of performers, rehearsal needs and production responsibilities. No universal rate applies to all formats.
